Steele Risk Services Google Drive System

How to use Steele Risk Services’ Google Drive Administration System:

The email from "SteeleRisk Services" will contain a link to our system. It will say: I've shared an item with you. Below that with a folder icon will be the name of your project in blue.  

1. Click the link in the email.



By clicking on the link you will be brought to the log on page for a google account. --If you already have a Google Account, you can jump to “How to add a Folder to your Google Drive”--

2. Use the “Create an Account” button to begin setting up a Google account.


In this section you will be asked to fill out some basic information.  Required fields are:

  1. First and last name
  2. User name
  3. Password 
  4. Confirmation of Password
  5. Birthday [to verify an adult is using the service]
  6. Gender [optional]
  7. Current email address [in case a recovery email is needed to access your account]
  8. The Captcha [verify this is a human filling out the new account]
  9. Agree to the policy 

Once you have your Google Account set up, you will be given this window. 

2. Click the blue "Add to Drive" button in the top right corner.
